Operating hours
The Pata team operate between 9:00am - 5:30pm GMT, and are available to assist with any queries if you can't find what you need using our resources.

If you've not already looked, you can find detailed resources on our Help Centre, varying from written, step-by-step guides, to video tutorials, or, you can ask our chatbot a question and it can point you in the right direction

If you encounter any problems, or you have any other questions or queries and you can't find the answer using the resources provided, you can contact the Customer Success Team:
