How do I add a Client to my Client List?

There are two ways you can add Clients to your client list, depending on whether you're going to book them in straight away or just want to add them for:



Via Client List

  1. Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu
  2. Click Add Client on the top right



Via Appointment Calendar

This works particularly well if you also want to book in a new client at the same time.

  1. Navigate to the Calendar by clicking the Calendar icon on the side menu
  2. Click on the time slot you'd like to book in
  3. On the side panel, click Add New Pet



You'll then be able to input the client's information:

  1. Personal information
    • This includes full name and contact details
  2. Notifications
    • Allow email and/or text notifications
  3. Pets
    • General pet info - name, date of birth, gender, type and breed
    • Medical conditions and behaviours - include as much information as possible here so your Team Members are adequately prepared for the appointment and reduce risk to themselves and the pet.
      Note: These fields are multiple select, so feel free to add as necessary.

    • Vet details - Practice name, phone number and address
    • Grooming - preferred cut type, and details on their coat/fur type e.g. colour, texture, and length.


You can add more than one pet to a client, so once you've clicked Save after adding a pet, click Add Pet on the top right. 


If you've made a mistake, you can edit the Client and update the information.
