How do I cancel an appointment?

Cancellations may be necessary from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances - life happens!
We urge Businesses to reach out to Clients to reschedule, and if not possible, you should reach out to inform the Client why you are cancelling the appointment, and refund any deposits as it's out of the client's control.
If the Client has called to cancel rather than cancelling it on the app, it is entirely up to you how you proceed from here in terms of refunding any payments/deposit; but always stick to your cancellation policy.
How to cancel an appointment
- On the Calendar, click on the appointment
- On the top right, below the 3 verticals dots, select the Status dropdown.
- Select cancelled and then click Save.
The appointment will then be cancelled; it will still be visible on the calendar with the updated status to cancelled but the time slot is free to be booked.
