How do I view Sales?

You can view your sales by clicking on the Sales icon on the side menu:


There are 3 options to choose from:



Sales

The Sales menu allows you to view all sales made and their status. The list shows:

  • The Sale number
  • The Client
  • The Workplace
  • Date and time created
  • Status
  • Sale total

You can sort the Sales list by date created and the total (both ascending or descending), and you can search for a Sale by inputting the client or pet into the search bar.


Clicking on the Sale Number will open up the side panel - here, you can see:

  • Overview of the Sale
    This includes the date, the item(s) sold, the status, and if it was paid, the payment method
  • Transactions
    This shows the payments made in relation to the sale e.g. one payment, split payments, and refunds
  • Notes
    Any Notes made


You can also  book or rebook appointments, and refund a refund a sale/transaction.


Transactions

Clicking on the Transactions menu item allows you to view all transactions recorded in your account. The list shows:

  • The date and time of the transaction
  • The Sale number
  • The client
  • The Workplace 
  • The Team Member who took actioned the transaction
  • The transaction type
  • The payment method
  • The transaction amount


You can sort the Transaction list by date/time created, Sale number, the client, and the amount (all ascending and descending) and search by client or their pet. 


Like the Sales menu listing, you can click on the Sales number to open up the side panel which shows you the same details, and can perform the same actions.



Membership Sales

The Membership Sales menu shows all Memberships that have been purchased by clients, how many have been used, and whether it's currently active or expired. The list shows:

  • The Membership
  • The Client who bought it 
  • The start date (valid from date, usually the day of purchase)
  • The end date (when it expires)
  • The usage (if it's limited sessions, the amount they have left)
  • The price
  • The status


You can sort the Membership list by the start date, end date,  and the price (all ascending and descending), and search for a membership by inputting the client name or their pet name into the search.


Like the other menu listings, you can click the Membership Name to open up the side panel, which shows:

  • The Overview of the Membership Sale
    This includes the date, the service/s included, the Client who bought it, number of sessions used out of what's included, the expiry date, and whether it's active or expired.
  • The Usage
    This is the number of sessions used.


You can also book appointments using the Membership from this side panel, and this will take you to the Appointment Calendar where you can create the appointment.
