How do I manage Sales?

Creating a new Sale

  1. Click the Sales icon on the side menu
  2. On the Sales menu, click New Sale
  3. Select the Client on the side panel
    Note: You can click Add New Client to add a new client to your list if they don't exist
  4. Click the relevant tab and select the item(s) you want the Client to pay for:
    • Appointment
      Note: Appointments must be be booked first
    • Pay for a Service
      Note: This can be used for walk-in appointments also, if you don't want to add it to the Calendar
    • Membership
  5. Once done, click Continue To Payment
  6. Click the Payment Method
    • If Cash is selected, input the amount
    • If the Client has a Membership that includes this service, it will automatically apply at checkout and therefore no payment method needs selecting
  7. Click Complete Sale



Check out existing appointments

You can use the above steps to check out an existing appointment, just select the appointment menu find the appointment.


You can also check out an appointment via the Appointment Calendar by:

  1. Click on the Calendar icon on the side menu
  2. Find and click on the Appointment
  3. Select Check Out
  4. Add any other add-on Services or Memberships by navigating to the relevant tab and clicking on them, and click Continue To Payment
  5. Click the Payment Method
    • If Cash is selected, input the amount
    • If the Client has a Membership that includes this service, it will automatically apply at checkout and therefore no payment method needs selecting
  6. Click Complete Sale



How to void a Sale

Voiding a Sale is helpful if you've made a mistake with a completed transaction.


To void a sale:

  1. Click on the Sales icon on the side menu
  2. On either the Transactions or Sales menu, select a Sale from the list
  3. On the Actions dropdown, click Void Sale

The Sale will then be marked with Voided on it's Sale/Transaction status.


Please note: Voiding a Sale cannot be undone, so please be mindful when actioning this.
