Pata Partners June & July Update

As always, we’re working as hard as a herding collie to bring features that we believe will make a huge difference to Pet Care Pros. We’ve made some cool new features that we think you’ll love, and we’re excited to announce that you can now create a Waiting list, and we’ve introduced some Pet specific improvements so you can have all the info you need for your furry clients.


1. Invite your clients to Pata

Once you’ve added your client’s details, you can invite them to register with Pata so they can see all their appointments. We can also trigger a mass email or texts to all your clients if you’d prefer to get them all done in one fell swoop - just get in touch and we’ll sort it.


2. New pet side panel 

Like the client side panel, pets now have their own so you can see the info you need in just one click. We’ve also introduced more info that can be added such as vaccinations, treatments (flea & worm), weight, location of conditions and more. 


3. Attach files to clients

A big one for Groomers who want before and after photos, or keep track of training and behaviour with the file upload. You can now upload images, videos and documents to your clients and/or their pets.


4. Waiting lists 

Easily keep a record of clients waiting for appointments with Waiting lists, and auto-send notifications as a slot becomes available in your schedule.

5. Available slot notification 

Super helpful if you have a pesky no-show or cancellation and need to fill last minute slots in your calendar. We’ll send notifications to clients to let them know to save you from wasting time letting clients know.


6. Add limits to your parallel services 

Got group classes, group walks, or grooming a few dogs at a time? Now you can limit how many bookings you get for a specific service, so you can groom, train, or care for X dogs at a time.


7. Refund upfront payments

You can now refund deposits and upfront payments in the transactions section under Sales - helpful for those who cancel within with your terms & conditions or policies.


8. Rebook appointments

You can now rebook client's previous appointments without having to do it manually. It will save the services, and you have the option to add or remove services if needed.


9. Centralised notes

You'll now be able to see all appointment, pet, and client notes on bookings, the client side panel and the pet panel. All notes are date & time stamped, and ordered by newest to oldest.
