Can I block Clients?

Blocking clients prevents them from being able to book online with you, and will be flagged in your client list.


To block a client:

  1. Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu
  2. Find the client and click on them
  3. On the client panel, click on the actions dropdown and select Block client
  4. Select the reason on the dropdown and click Confirm
