What is the Pata Wallet?

The Pata Wallet allows you to add a payment method to your account so that you can make one-off or automatic top-ups to you wallet. The balance will be used for a range of services moving forwards, but it is immediately used to send SMS messages for things like appointment notifications, reminders, and PataPay links, once you've used up your monthly allowance

You can top-up manually or set up auto top-ups, so that if your balance goes below an amount you set, it will automatically top up and ensure this service runs seamlessly with no disruptions. The balance in your Pata Wallet doesn't expire, so you may only need to top up every once in a while depending on your usage.

If auto top-ups aren't enabled, we'll let you know when your balance is running low so you can top up your wallet. You can track the activity of your wallet, including all top ups, and any outgoings which also includes any payments made for Campaigns that you've sent.

The minimum top-up amount is £20, and any top-ups are subject to a processing fee, which will be added automatically and can be found on the pop up before adding to the wallet. You can find out more about pricing here.
