How do I add and edit closed dates?

Closed Dates are used to prevent appointments being made on days where your Business is not operational, e.g. the Christmas Period or bank holidays.



Add Closed dates

  1. Click on the settings icon in the side menu
  2. Select the Workplace menu
  3. Click Add Close Date on the top left
  4. Choose the Date From and Date to the workplace will be closed from, by selecting the dropdowns and using the calendar/date picker
  5. Add a description, adding a reason why you're closed, e.g. National Holidays, Maintenance etc.
  6. Click on the Workplace dropdown and select the relevant workplace in the list
  7. Click Save


You can also edit an existing Workplaces' Close Date by following the first 2 steps above, and click on the Workplace you want to update.


Please note: Clients will not be able to book appointments through the Marketplace on these dates.
