How long does it take to receive my funds?

Any money made from Client appointments, including deposits, will be deposited straight into your Pata Pay account.

In order to receive funds, Pata makes payouts to your bank account. How quickly you receive a payout and the availability of your funds depends on numerous factors.

When you first sign up to Pata Pay and you've completed the Identity verification process, you receive funds when Pata makes payouts to your bank account. When you start taking payments with Pata Pay, your first payout will be transferred to your account in 7 days.

After this, you can control the payout schedule and process. By default, Pata will automatically payout to your connected bank account every 7 calendar days, but you can change this in the dashboard to daily automatic, monthly automatic, or manual payouts. 

When selecting a weekly or monthly schedule, you can specify the day of the week or month that you want payouts to arrive in your bank account.

• For monthly payout schedules, if the payout arrival date you’ve selected is beyond the final day of a particular month, the payout automatically adjusts to the last day of that month.
• For both weekly and monthly payout schedules, if the chosen payout arrival day is a non-business day, the payout arrival day happens on the following business day instead.

When you select a payout schedule, it doesn’t change how long it takes your pending balance to become available. However, it allows you to control when your payouts occur. For example, if your account operates on a daily payout schedule with a 3 business day payout speed, Pata pays out funds daily from transactions captured 3 business days earlier. Most banks deposit payouts into your bank account as soon as they receive them, though some might take a few extra days to make them available.

For manual payouts, they typically take 1-4 business days to arrive in your bank account after initiating the manual payout. This payout is subject to an account limit of 10 manual payouts per day and a maximum transaction amount of £1 million.
