How come I’ve not received all my money?

Why your payout amount amount may be different than expected

Check the payout in your Dashboard to see all transactions included in an automatic payout. Some reasons the amount could be different than you were expecting could be:

  • Your payout schedule has changed, and thus a different group of transactions are being paid out in accordance to that new schedule.
  • Transactions might not be included because they were processed after the 00:00 UTC cutoff for payout creation.
  • Payouts Refunds and/or disputes impacted the balance.
    • Each payout reflects your available account balance at the time it was created. In some cases, you might have a negative account balance.

For example, if you receive 100 GBP in payments but refund 200 GBP of previous payments, your account balance would be -100 GBP. If you don’t receive further payments to balance out the negative amount, Pata stops any payouts until the balance is positive again.

Other reasons may be that your bank may have deducted fees from your payout, such as transfer fees, foreign transaction fees, or overdraft fees. Pata will not have visibility into any bank fees. Contact your bank if the amount received does not equal the payout amount.

If you think there is a discrepancy, and the bank could not help with this, please contact the Customer Success Team who will be able to assist.

Please let them know the exact details, e.g. what you're expecting and what is missing, and from which sale.

We will get back to you as soon as possible and investigate the situation.
