What are Labels?

Labels are a super useful feature to provide custom insights into your clients and their pets. 

There are 2 types of labels:

1. Flags: automatically created from existing system data
2. Labels: completely custom to your needs

Labels are shown on clients and their pets, and you'll be able to see them when on the client/pet list, their side panel and when booking appointments. 

You can create custom labels and assign colours and descriptions, and can be used to indicate information like whether the customer is part of a loyalty scheme, has payment preferences or their pet has any preferences. There are no limits!

Flags can't be edited, but you can view them in the same settings area.
