Can I update custom labels?

Yes - you can do the following:


Update Label text/colour

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the side menu
  2. Select the Labels section
  3. On the label you want to change, click the 3 vertical dots
  4. Select Edit label
  5. Make the relevant changes
  6. Click Save



Remove assigned labels

  1. Navigate to the Client list by clicking on the Client icon on the side menu
  2. Find the Client/Pet and click on them
  3. Where you see the label icon, click on it
  4. Hover over the label you want to remove and click the X



Delete labels

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the side menu
  2. Select the Labels section
  3. On the label you want to change, click the 3 vertical dots
  4. Select Delete label
Please note: Deleting the label will also remove it from all clients/pets it has been assigned to.
