What happens if a Business cancels my appointment?

Created by Jessica Hoi, Modified on Tue, 1 Oct at 11:04 AM by Jessica Hoi

To ensure cancellations are reduced, Pata encourage businesses to reach out to customers and reschedule the appointment if possible.

If rescheduling is not an option and the Business has to cancel the appointment, we advise Businesses to refund any upfront payment made.

Pata holds no control or responsibility over how the business operates financially, however, we are here to help with any disputes regarding this subject.

Communication is key, so if a Business cancels your appointment without reaching out to you first, please get in touch with the Customer Success Team and include the following information:

  • Subject: Cancellation query
  • The Business you booked with
  • Appointment reference number
  • Proof of payment (receipt, bank statement)

We will then review this, investigate the situation, and come to a resolution so this situation is avoided in the future.
