Will I be notified when a new appointment is made?

Of course! We want all communications and appointments to go as smoothly as possible, so when a client books an appointment on the Marketplace, you'll be notified via email, and they will receive a confirmation email and text message (SMS).
Note: This will be the email connected to the Business account. Team Members will also be notified via email when appointments are booked with them.
When an appointment is made from the Appointment Calendar, both the Client and the Team Member will be notified via email.
You can also add other email addresses so that other team members or external people can receive email notifications. Find out how to do this here.
