How do I update my notifications?

The only elements you can edit on notifications are the channels (how the notifications are sent).
For reminders, you can edit the channel and the time before the appointment when notification is sent.
Updating Notifications and Reminders
- Click on the Settings icon on the side menu
- Select the Notifications section, then select the relevant tab (Appointment / Reminders)
- Click on the 3 vertical dots on the notification
- Select Edit Notification
- Update as necessary
- Click Save
Note: Ensure that when you add a new Client or you update existing Clients, their contact details are correct and notifications are enabled.
